What Does the Investment Committee Do?
The BlueRock Investment Committee focuses on the interpretation of macroeconomic and market data to inform decisions around asset allocation and portfolio construction. The Investment Committee is supported by two separate sub-committees, the Security Selection Committee and the Manager Selection Committee, whose sole focuses are the selection (and related due diligence) of Australian Direct Equities and the appointing of third party managers.
Investment Committee Members and Structure
To support the Investment Committee, BlueRock has engaged MST Sandstone for the provision of macroeconomic and Australian share fund research. MST’s unique lens supports BlueRock's Investment Advisors in delivering appropriate portfolio construction and risk adjusted returns for our clients. We also welcome committee members from Mason Stevens, who provide integrated wealth platform technology and specialist investment support. In addition to our external committee members, 2 Directors and 2 Managing Directors from BlueRock's Wealth division sit on the committee.
