Daniel Eason | Director, Accounting

Dan is a Director at BlueRock who specialises in buy & sell side transaction advisory, financial due diligence, modelling and business valuations. With 21 years’ experience—including 16 in mid-tier firms and 5 as CFO of a impact investment fund—he combines deep technical expertise with commercial insight.

Dan holds a Bachelor of Business (Accounting), is a Chartered Accountant, and has graduate qualifications in Innovation & Entrepreneurship and Financial Modelling & Valuation. He continues to advise high-growth businesses as their outsourced CFO and is known for his practical, hands-on approach with executive teams.

Ken gitahi
Ken Gitahi | Director, Sierra Legal

Ken is a corporate lawyer with over 17 years’ post-admission experience, specialising in mergers and acquisitions and equity capital markets. Ken has extensive experience in negotiated acquisitions and disposals, equity capital market transactions, shareholder arrangements, ASIC and ASX compliance and corporate governance.

He also provides general corporate and commercial legal advice to a wide range of corporate clients and has practised law in South Australia, New South Wales and Victoria.

Justin England
Justin England | Five V Capital, Investment Team

Justin has over 15 years of global investing and corporate finance experience.

Justin joined Five V from the Australian mid-market PE firm Pemba Capital Partners. Justin commenced his career with KPMG advising companies on M&A, market entry and strategy, working across Australia, Thailand and Myanmar.

Justin has a Bachelor of Business from the University of Technology Sydney. He is also a Chartered Accountant and a Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst.

Nick Zaita
Nicholas Zaita | Evans & Partners, Executive Director, Corporate Advisory

Nicholas is a Melbourne-based Executive Director in the Corporate Advisory division of E&P, having joined the team in August 2022.

Prior to his current role, Nicholas worked at Macquarie Capital for over 15 years, gaining significant experience executing domestic and cross-border M&A, capital markets and strategic advisory transactions across the industrials sector. He also spent one year acting as a strategic consultant to several leading Australian companies across various sectors.

Nicholas holds Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Laws degrees from the University of Melbourne, as well as a Master of Finance degree from INSEAD.
