Ella Morse

Ella has been at BlueRock since it began in 2008 and is an expert on the ins and outs of operations as well as the best (read ‘cringiest’) work Christmas party stories. Her love of numbers and attention to detail means she doesn’t miss a beat, which makes her an invaluable member of the BlueRock community.
After completing her Bachelor of Business and Commerce (Accounting) in 2005, Ella went into public practice and has been working as a Chartered Accountant ever sinece. Ella was a founding member of BlueRock in 2008 and spent the first part of her BlueRock journey in the Accounting division providing support and advice to business owners, followed by management roles as Financial Controller for the BlueRock Group, and Head of Investments for Everything Is Awesome (EIA). She is now the Head of Operations and Finance for BlueRock Family Office where Ella is responsible for overseeing the operations of the business, and working closely with our license holder BR Advice on effective governance.
