Sam is a huge Gordon Ramsay fanatic – he gets ridiculously excited about any of his TV shows and if given the chance, would love to meet him. Not only because the man can cook, but because he’s created such an impressive empire by working hard and being who he is. We see a similar empire being built in hardworking Sam’s future!
