- High level review of Sale Contract and Vendor’s Statement – material issues only and report by email
- Lodge Purchaser caveat
- Conduct VOI and prepare Client Authorisation
- Review and advise on section 27 Statement (if served by Vendor)
- Undertake all necessary searches to prepare adjustment statement
- Attend to conveyance of the Property through PEXA (or similar) including Duties Online Submission
- Liaise with your home loan lender (if any)
- Issue acquisition notices.
