Welcome to the Be BlueRock Foundation Impact Report 2026!

This year, we’re proud to have distributed $457,142 to charities through 50 distributions. We’ve also surpassed $1 million in total distributions since the Foundation was established in 2020. This wouldn’t be possible without our dedicated BlueRock team members, generous philanthropy clients and incredible charity partners.
In FY2026, we also launched our new 2025-2028 Giving Strategy. Our people chose 3 focus areas to guide our giving over the next 3 years: improving mental health, supporting people affected by family violence or homelessness, and protecting the environment.
Alongside charitable giving, BlueRockers gave more than 1,500 hours through volunteering and pro bono work. Whether it was sharing specialist skills, fundraising, making introductions or lending a hand at community events, every contribution helped strengthen the communities around us.
It’s inspiring to reflect on the positive change we’ve achieved together. Let’s continue working side by side to build stronger communities and see how much more we can accomplish in the years ahead.
