Angelina Tao

Angelina specialises in working with founders, executives and investors to support M&A transactions and due diligence, strategic decision-making and business growth advisory.
She holds a Bachelor of Economics and Finance from the University of Melbourne and began her career in business advisory, gaining experience across tax, financial modelling and management reporting. Through this work, she developed a strong interest in understanding how businesses operate and using financial insight to help them grow.
As part of BlueRock’s Transactions Advisory team, Angelina combines her technical financial background with a practical understanding of business operations to help clients navigate key moments across the business lifecycle, including:
- Buy- and sell-side transaction advisory and financial due diligence
- Strategic planning and growth advisory
- Financial modelling
- Business valuations
She is also currently completing CFA Level 2. Outside of work, Angelina enjoys playing tennis and boxing and is always keen to stay active and try new things.
