She brings a thoughtful, analytical approach to governance and compliance, with growing knowledge of cybersecurity risks and GRC in technology-enabled environments. Her skills include evaluating control environments, supporting audit processes and translating technical risk into practical, business-focused solutions.
Outside work, Arundathi balances her analytical side with creative pursuits — she runs her own dance school and draws on that small‑business experience for budgeting, scheduling and stakeholder coordination. She enjoys cooking, painting, hiking and the occasional go‑karting session.
