James is a multi-skilled marketer with experience in SaaS, publishing, design, consumer goods and, obviously, professional services. He enjoys diving into data to find actionable insights, creating content-driven marketing campaigns, helping enable our Directors to acquire new clients, and crafting customer journeys that delight users and get results.
James and the BlueRock marketing team bring our brand to life through engaging content and visuals that educate Australian founders, investors and business leaders. He's not afraid to challenge the status quo and share new ideas, and he's a firm believer that teamwork makes the dream work.
Outside of the professional world, James is a pretty easy-going character. His daughter Maeve keeps him busy. He sometimes wishes he studied architecture and treats SketchUp like a computer game. He also loves food (both cooking it and eating it), and his faithful labrador, Pippa. Random fact about James? He once sold a bottle of Grange to Shane Warne.
