Jason Kelly brings a strong commercial and corporate law background to BlueRock, drawing on 11 years of legal practice in New Zealand and a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Arts (Sociology) from the University of Otago. He applies practical, client‑focused thinking to complex transactional matters and corporate arrangements, combining technical rigour with a collaborative approach that supports clear, reliable outcomes.
Outside the office Jason enjoys socialising, the gym and hunting out old record stores for his growing vinyl collection. A memorable summer working 60‑hour weeks in a chemical waste plant while at university speaks to his work ethic and resilience. Introverted but with a dry sense of fun, Jason values thoughtful teamwork and practical results.
