He enjoys working closely with stakeholders to understand what drives performance, then turning financial data into clear, actionable insights. With a proactive mindset, Joel looks for risks and opportunities early, adding value well beyond reporting through thoughtful budgeting and forecasting, performance analysis, and better decision-making in fast-paced environments.

Outside of work, Joel loves travelling the world with his wife, hunting down great restaurants, and trying new foods. A passionate sports fan, he proudly backs the Collingwood Football Club (alongside Liverpool FC and the Houston Rockets/Texans). His last holiday was a 10-night Bali honeymoon by the pool and beach, and he genuinely looks forward to a good book on the train.
