Rakesh specialises in working with founders and executives to drive strategic, operational and commercial innovation into their businesses.
He brings 30 years of experience - 20 years at PwC across Audit, M&A and Management Consulting teams and the last 10 years in executive finance, strategy and operational roles in founder led, PE backed scale ups. He also founded and his own SaaS business for the Trade and Technical Services sector.
As part of BlueRock's Specialist Accounting Services team, Rakesh utilises the analytical rigour of professional services with hands-on know how developed as a CFO & EGM to help clients solve their most complex challenges across the business lifecycle:
- Scaling up operating models in a way that ensures long term operational and financial viability
- Optimising profitability (revenue maximisation, cost productivity) to fund growth or enact business turnaround
- Exit readiness and enterprise value maximisation
Rakesh has called Melbourne home since 2000 but his passion for travel has taken him to live and work in Europe, the Middle East and Asia.
