What it Means to BlueRock to be Great Place to Work® Certified

Great Place to Work® enables businesses (just like ours) to survey our employees, discover valuable and actionable insights, and be recognised for all that we do through a global certification and ranking process. Certification from Great Place to Work is important to us as it highlights that we’re an employee-validated great workplace! It shows us that what we’re doing works for our people and our community. Being recognised as a Great Place to Work® not only tells our current staff, but also our future employees and clients, that when we say we have a good company culture, we really mean it. 

Great Place to Work has a goal to build a better world by helping organisations to become a great place for everyone to work by promoting the importance of inclusion and diversity within the workplace. The Be BlueRock Foundation is another way that we give back to our community. The public ancillary fund was established to give individuals and organisations the opportunity to give back to charities and causes of their choice over time. It provides staff and clients with a simple, cost-efficient and tax-effective way to establish their own sub-fund and enjoy the benefits of a foundation without the responsibilities of being a trustee.
