What’s the Difference Between DISC And HBDI?
Unlike HBDI, which has a brain-based, ‘thinking’, premise that considers how people process information, DiSC is a behaviour-based assessment that considers how people behave in specific situations and how others perceive that behaviour. DiSC and HBDI will both provide valuable insight, but the DiSC insights are focused on the impact of the individual’s behaviour, whereas HBDI gives insights into people’s thinking preferences.
