Andy brings over 25 years’ experience in corporate tax, spanning regulatory compliance, governance, and advisory work for key industries—including in-house roles at ASX-listed companies, global software product teams, and strategy consulting. He’s got a real knack for commercial strategy, business transformation, and product development. Andy’s passionate about entrepreneurship and innovation, and he’s all about partnering with colleagues and clients to help them grow—always starting with a genuine, listen-first approach and a focus on partnering to ‘connect the dots’ with the data driven insights that lead to successful solutions.
When he’s off the clock, you’ll find him holidaying with family and friends, hitting up sports like cycling, basketball, golf, tennis, or snowboarding—though he never seems to have quite enough leave passes for them all! He’s also a bit of a home barista, whipping up coffees and matcha lattes for his kids and mates, and actively volunteers at his local church.
