With experience as a Venue Manager, Kar is a pro at being able to deal with high-pressure situations, using creativity to solve issues and juggle multiple tasks at once.

With a focus on creating an environment in which people feel encouraged to keep improving their performance whilst keeping it light and fun to work, Kar has definitely been able to implement this during her time at BlueRock.

Kind, confident, funny, and hard-working, Kar is a blast to be around all the time. Whenever a System of a Down song plays, Kar cannot help herself but get excited, and depending on the day you might catch her doing a dance or singing along!
