Kate Masterton

Kate’s one of the BlueRock OGs. She’s been kicking goals since helping launch BlueRock way back in 2008. Before that, Kate held a number of senior administrative roles in banking & finance, recruitment and advertising, including four years spent in England, where she picked up both a dodgy British accent and a husband.

With years of administrative experience, Kate has a knack for finding solutions to even the most complicated of problems, and her experience in interior decorating and design means she’s able to apply her talents to a range of projects across different divisions. Kate’s kind of like the BlueRock mascot. She embodies all the things that make BlueRock a great place to work and her happy-go-lucky attitude and positivity is infectious. Kate gets excited about almost anything (blue cheese, Champagne, sunshine, a good laugh…the list goes on) and it’s hard not to get excited right along with her. Outside of BlueRock, Kate loves nothing more than hosting a boisterous dinner party with friends and family. An invitation from this lady is a guaranteed good time!
