Maria is a seasoned tax professional with over 20 years of experience in professional services, specialising in corporate tax. Maria has worked with all types of corporate entities, including early-stage companies and well-established privately-owned business to subsidiaries of multinational organisations. Maria provides focused tax advice on a wide range of issues, including, cross-border transactions, restructures, tax consolidation, loss utilisation, and transaction support including due diligences. Known for her strong client relationships and practical approach, Maria is dedicated to delivering clear, effective solutions that support business growth.
Outside of work, Maria is a passionate gym-goer and qualified personal trainer who proudly represented Australia in weightlifting, earning three gold medals at the 2023 World Masters, Oceania, and Commonwealth championships. She brings the same focus and energy to the gym as she does to her professional life.
