Following a time as an R&D Tax Consultant with a top UK firm, Tom joined BlueRock in 2018 to help our clients make the most of Australia's R&D incentives. Tom's mission is to help businesses navigate R&D incentives and maximise all available funding, while minimising the administrative burden on their teams. Tom has worked with businesses across dozens of fields, ranging in size from literal garage startups to FTSE 500 and ASX-listed companies. He knows that there’s no one-size-fits-all solution to claiming R&D incentives and grants – every business has different needs.
Tom leads BlueRock's team of R&D tax and grant consultants . They expertly guide clients through the funding process, from initial eligibility assessments to technical compliance and robust record-keeping, the team manages the end-to-end process, helping to ensure every claim is accurate.
Outside of work, Tom loves to explore. You’ll find him hitting the trails with his dog, hunting a great bánh mì, or heading out on his bike with no fixed destination.
